Cooperation with Rokospol a.s., photocatalytic TiO2

Inspired by photocatalytic phenomenon of TiO2 the author use it in classical painting on canvas. Utilizing special surface layer to separate the canvas and TiO2 author creates active photocatalitical paintings that are not only aesthetic objects, but due to the hidden physico - chemical processes at the nano level clean the image and its surroundings of toxic substances, airborne particles, cigarette smoke i.e. are in a sense interactive objects, although in completely unexpected way.
